1/2 Sinnvoll wäre es, das Wahlrecht so aufzubauen, dass nur die direkt gewählten Abgeordneten in einem Abgeordnetenhaus sitzen und der Bundestag wird 1:1 an der Zahl der Wahlkreise, abhängig von den Prozenten besetzt. Das AH muss dann gleichberechtig zum BT sein. #Waehlerwillen
