This is my 3-year weight loss journey. I went from 112 kg → 83 kg → 93 kg. I’m 25 years old, 183 cm tall. I don’t drink alcohol, don’t smoke, don’t go out at night, but I’m addicted to online games. I work with my uncle at a printing factory 8–10 hours a day, 6 days a week, only Sunday off. My purpose in sharing this is to inspire encourage and motivate others only.
