Interested to hear some peoples tips on getting the best sleep to recover from training. I noticed I slept better in the summer, and I strangely think:
1) cool > warm for sleep
2) white noise super underrated
Have been missing the drone of my AC since the summer. Any interesting insights to share?

Did this for a long time, but eventually got kind of bored. I also find it very hard to do compounds and achieve my physique goals, because you generally need to eat more to recover which is hard to do and stay lean.
Recently have started doing a mix of compounds, kettlebells, and Z2/Z5 cardio training. Loving it.
