what kind of rituals do you do when you are preparing to be public facing, like waiting tables or behind the bar at a bakery?
looking to add to my preparatory flow
I’m finding I feel so fulfilled by speaking with the neighborhood and meet loving people all day but I also come home drained and tired somedays.
