An AI network at a national (and later on divided in ZIP codes areas) to achieve maximum health optimization, with access to global medical researches, optimized for each and every nation and then subsequently state, that takes into account medical files on average (for instance could indicate health problems occuring in specific areas), cultural and economical inclinations. Then aggregating factors to optimize lifestyle changes to optimize local region (or even later on, personalized) health in a massive scale.
