We love a good affirmation! Affirmations are positive statements that can be repeated daily to help shift your mindset. There isn’t one right way to use affirmations. You can write them down, speak them out loud, repeat them three times a day or silently think about them. It comes down to your preference and need. Be sure to check out my post on Daily Positive Affirmations for an in-depth rundown of what they’re all about. There are plenty of affirmations that can help you manifest what you want in your life. For example, when I was going through a transition period in my life, in which I decided to be kinder to myself – I would repeat affirmations that were full of love and appreciation. My favorite affirmation for a time period was, “I am a strong, caring, and helpful person, that deserves all the abundance the universe has to offer.”
