To explain to everyone, this is a scenario where the $TOPS price though built on ETH will grow as ETH grows with no new buyers or sellers. Now new buyers will increase that growth forcing the price to decouple from its base line as new investors come in. The 3 scenarios outlined show the possible growth from ETH at 4k to 6K.
