For a period you found brushing your teeth a tremendous nuisance, and then it went to the way of habit and even enjoyment. All behaviours can go the way of teeth-brushing.

I have found that swiping on socials or flicking through short-videos cuts down the effect of a trip dramatically, up to the point that I can forget im tripping. I have a theory that this dampening is happening also when one is not on psychedelics, and it accounts for the sickly feeling one gets from rapid content switching. Has anyone read any research on this phenomenon?
