It breaks down how a Syndicate appchain actually runs, layer by layer:
🧠 Mempool – optional batching for privacy & efficiency
⚙️ Sequencer – programmable logic for fairness & ordering
🔗 Syndicate Chain – onchain coordination layer for all appchains
🧩 Translator – bridge from sequencing → execution
💻 Rollup Framework – execution engine (Arbitrum Nitro today)
🛰 Proposer – commits data to settlement
🪐 Settlement Chain – finality backbone (Base, Arbitrum, Ethereum)
Together they form a horizontal stack — composable, modular, and community-owned.
Not one chain to scale them all, but many scaling together.
