since ETH szn is in full swing and @base.base.eth szn likely isn’t far behind, now feels like a good time to remind you that @netnose and I have continued building @betrmint all throughout the bear. and we’re still cooking! BETRMINT.fun is a gamified, gacha-style app where you can discover new artists and builders every day, support their work, and spin to win token packs worth up to 100x the $1 spin cost. despite farcaster falling quite a bit in recent months, we’ve continued to grow our user base outside the purple app and still see 500–600 mints and spins every day on the Neon Flywheel. we’ve built a strong community of supporters, and nearly half of the entire $BETR supply is currently staked. stakers earn a flat 2% APY funded by spin revenue, while any surplus is used to buy and permanently burn $BETR. since introducing the buy-and-burn program last month, we’ve already burned more than 1% of the total supply, and we’re just getting started. the bear market has definitely taken its toll, leaving $BETR at a market cap of just $75K. but you’d be hard-pressed to find many token projects at this valuation whose founders are still consistently iterating and shipping. with attention returning to the Base ecosystem, and other gacha projects like CARDS and FWA stepping into the spotlight, BETR feels poised for a comeback imo. I’m obviously biased, but if I’m allowed to call the bottom on my own token, I’m calling it now. the bull is back, and winning together is BETR (always has been)
