Here’s the thing about the people who bought Farcaster Pro but who aren’t active casters / are farming potential airdrops or benefits etc (since I’ve seen a lot of conversation about how to separate the wheat from the chaff in that list): They still paid $120. And that money still went directly into the Farcaster Flywheel Machine to reward top casters and developers. Not everyone is going to be a qDAU and that’s ok. But speculation isn’t a sin; sometimes it’s just a means to an end and “farmers” can have a role to play in the ecosystem too.

agree, farmers gonna farm. but people gotta recognize that pro is not an investment (so dont expect rewards for doing so) projects can choose who / what behaviours to reward beauty of open fc graph is that everything is plain for all to see

there are some like me who believe in @farcaster and bought pro but I am not as active here since Kaito. Still bullish, still onboarding people and talk about the purple app on X. I actually love the community here, seeing people build live, learn and just enjoy the experience. the infofi meta is something I am really enjoying, growing with, etc. and requires mor time. but trying to do both. Buying pro is making me be more consistent here. Hope my rambling makes sense but not sure everything is black or white.

Everyone had nearly 6 hours to buy pro membership , and now they’re just jealous of the ones who were sharp enough to act. There’s no other explanation for this.

Yes i agree. Pro shouldn't be an investment to expect anything from. People like me who doesn't have the money to buy the pro shouldn't feel left behind. Its kinda discriminating being a top caster for 3 years and someone who just came onboard a month and bought pro starts eating all the profit.
