Don’t be afraid to build with radical transparency. When @netnose and I realized that a dune query bug had been giving BETR Believer perks to a number of people who weren’t holding the requisite 50M $BETR, we discussed and decided the only fair thing to do was to correct the list and manually adjust the daily points multipliers for the leaderboard going back to day one. It never feels great to boot people from a private chat or revoke perks and leaderboard points, but that seemed like the right path here in order to avoid diluting the rewards for those who were doing their part to HODL and support @betrmint since the beginning. In the end, nobody rioted. Everyone understood the mixup, and mostly just appreciated the candid communication. $BETR was trending for mindshare on @tomu’s Checkr app yesterday and token price was up 50% on the day. Building in public is based.
