@toadyhawk.eth
for the past two weeks I’ve been running a little experiment: using my main daily driver wallets on @rainbow in their “ETH currency mode” meaning that all balances in the wallet are showing in ETH rather than USD.
I’ve found this to be surprisingly freeing, because it helps me stay focused on my main goal when it comes to trading (stack ETH) and leaves me less psychologically exposed to wild volatility (which we’ve seen a lot of lately.)
I’ve also exposed a few ux bugs for the rainbow team (probably because I’m the first human crazy enough to use this mode exclusively for an extended period of time lmao)
One minor annoyance is that information like token market caps is also shown in ETH, which requires some mental math on the fly (but luckily ETH is a $2000 stablecoin, so the math isn’t all that hard.)
Would you ever try tracking your wallet in ETH?
