On “Hard Work”. The 3-minute email that is extremely painful to send — but necessary — is actually harder work than the 3 days of chaining yourself to the desk and ideating/planning/tweaking. Evidence: We often use busyness as a way to avoid the business. I prefer “tough” to “hardworking”.
