Unteachable: Resilience / Persistence The amount of no’s you have to endure to get to your yes I think is the difference between being a founder and someone’s employee.

Ruthless prioritization. Knowing what actually matters, cutting everything else, and executing with focus. Relentless internal drive. That fire in your gut when everything sucks the irrational refusal to quit. Can’t be taught.

Hiring, delegation, communication, and managing people can all be learned with the right mentors and experience. A great founder can be trained to lead effectively, listen, and scale culture.

the most important founders skill that’s teachable imo is clear communication while the one that’s not teachable is the founders level grit cause it keeps you going when the idea isn’t working, the team is frustrated, or when the money is running out.

I think the key skill that sets entrepreneurs apart is the ability to take responsibility and take risks. Not sure if that’s something you can really learn or if it’s just in your DNA, probably 50/50
