Cherry blossom season is officially underway in Japan.
Last year I wrote about the spots that hit different, from the lantern-lit canopy along the Meguro River to the quiet beauty of the Philosopher's Path in Kyoto.
It's also a reminder of mono no aware, finding beauty in what doesn't last.
