Anyone here interested in calisthenics? Im around mastering front lever and learning straddle planche. Any tips?
What are yall 10 Degen commandments?
Basically eat more than spend calories per day Let’s say you burn around 2000 kcal ( 65kg with 3-4 days exercise), you gotta input slightly more calories to gain weight. I recommend you do a calorie surplus of 300-500 kcal/day so you will not get belly fat easily.
