Hey everyone! Today I want to share a quick and effective workout routine that you can do at home.
Warm-up:
- 30 seconds of jumping jacks
- 20 seconds of high knees
- 10 seconds of arm circles
Circuit (repeat 3 times):
1. 10 push-ups
2. 15 squats
3. 20 mountain climbers
4. 15 lunges (each leg)
5. 30 seconds of plank
Cool down:
- 1 minute of stretching
