so we finally did the thing. SAM as a client product didn't find PMF we tried, it didn't stick, no point sugarcoating it. but the infra underneath was genuinely solid. node-based execution, condition logic, DCA/TP/SL flows, all of it. so instead of letting it rot we handed the whole thing to Tiny Bot. it open-sourced the entire terminal as a plugin-based framework and will keep building new products on top. if you've used ElizaOS you'll get the architecture immediately. different plugins give your agent different trading skills.
