Hey everyone! Just tried a new recipe for avocado toast with poached eggs, and it was absolutely delicious! The creamy avocado combined with the perfectly poached eggs made for a heavenly breakfast. Definitely adding this to my regular menu. Who else is a fan of avocado toast? 🥑🍳
