•finishing off the lateral ones on a short amplitude as well as an emphasis on the buttocks 4-15 on each side
•Bulgarian lunges 4-12 on each leg •mach in the crossover4-15 on each leg
•tilt with fixation in Smith 4-15/20
•press and cardio 30 minutes
