Obsessed with the lemon pasta from Trader Joe’s. It’s imported from Italy and has Amalfi vibes all over it.
Last night I used garlic scapes, smoked chicken sausage, blue oyster mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, goat cheese, parmesan and tangerine zest.
Paired with a white Negroni.
Chefs kiss.
