I've been researching the "gas tax" from ERC20Votes-style governance and developed a new model, "Reactive Governance," that eliminates it.
The goal is to make governance tokens more efficient for everyone without sacrificing security against flash loan attacks.
I've released the full research & open-source code. Feedback from this community would be amazing.
