Tried upgrading a proxy contract today
Turns out the owner on the deployed testnet wasn’t me 😭
After 30 mins of panic and checking scripts, I found:
initialOwner = msg.sender before vm.startBroadcast()
Redeployed everything. Lesson learned — order matters more than coffee ☕
