I’m thrilled to introduce Protocol: a new structure for @ethereumfndn's R&D teams.

Our focus: scale L1, scale blobs, and improve UX, without compromising on Ethereum's core values. 

The world is ready for the world computer. It's on us to deliver it.

Each goal has clear leads, ensuring the EF’s resources are allocated towards maximal impact.

To top it off, @dankrad will set strategy alongside each of us!

As part of this reorientation, we also revisited our team structures. We'll be doubling down on some areas and reducing our efforts in others. 

This resulted in us deciding to part ways with some EFers whose skillsets no longer matched our priorities.

We're confident that our new structure will position the @ethereumfndn to rise to the occasion.

Looking ahead, Ethereum stands at the edge of major breakthroughs. The stakes are high: this moment may be Ethereum’s best shot at deploying not only our technology, but our values, at planetary scale.

It was a difficult decision to let them go, and one we did not take lightly. We are deeply thankful for their contributions over the years and are confident they will find other opportunities to impact Ethereum's trajectory across our ecosystem.
