It's kinda disgusting how much of the Ethereum community gets upset about the EF putting cypherpunk principles like CROPS ahead of Number Go Up.
Without those principles, why are we even here? Why not just let TradFi bros build a super fast centralized blockchain and use that.
Some things are more important than price, like resisting state oppression. @vitalik.eth understands this, many people don't. The Bitcoin community is also having this kind of identity crisis as mamy of them got in bed with the enemy, solely focused on NGU.
Sick of listening to whiny little dot eths who are only here because they bought some jpegs in 2021 to try and 100x their fiat complain about their bags.
And I'm not surprised David Hoffman sold his ETH after talking other people into buying his bags for 6 years, he was always a bit of a statist grifter.
I prefer people who are in crypto because they want to help the world by providing an alternative to state controlled systems of oppression.
