In the eyes of the state, we are all criminals. There are so many different laws that the government itself cannot tell you how many there are. No American can avoid breaking all those laws all of the time. Unless perhaps, you are in a coma or something. As the surveillance state expands and gets more powerful, through tools such as Flock Cameras, it will become easier for them to target people they don't like and prosecute them for breaking a law or laws. This is incredibly dangerous. The government will have the ability to almost instantly have any citizen arrested based on evidence provided by the surveillance network. They will use this power to harass and scare dissidents and activists.
