Trying to fix the system from within the system, through voting/lobbying/etc....is analogous to a fire fighter setting himself on fire before he tries to put a fire out. It will never work and you will get burned in the process. Rather than trying to reform the system from within, we have to opt out of the system, operate outside of it, and deprive it of resources until it collapses. Using fiat feeds the beast, the entire fiat monetary system is designed to encrich the ruling class while you become a debt slave. Voting legitimizes criminals and psychopaths The state doesn't need your taxes, they exist to remind you that you work for them Protesting is only allowed because it serves as a pressure release mechanism. You feel like you're making your voice heard, but the state isn't listening. The answer is counter economics and alternative currencies. If we transact within circular economies outside of state control, they lose their power. Their power comes from their control of money, money which only holds value because of our trust in and acceptance of it. Money they use to pay their goons and conduct their mass surveillance and incarceration. We could make that money worthless tomorrow if we wanted to. Start accumulating gold, bitcoin, and monero. Start buying and selling goods and services in these currencies. Stop thinking in dollars. Every single transaction helps. So the only question is, what's stopping you? Do you want slavery or do you want freedom? Freedom is unknown, people are scared of it. Slavery is comfortable, it's what we have always known. It's time to get uncomfortable, face our fears, and create real change.
