Nobody can afford to buy a house, homeless population rising everywhere, and yet many places still won't let you build your own cob house without bending over backwards to try and get approval from local officials.
Cob houses are cheap, efficient, and easy to build by yourself.
Imagine if the state just let people put a roof over their heads without going into debt for 30 years.
