You might think having to enter a 13 digit PIN everytime you want to unlock your phone is too inconvenient. In reality, you can quickly adapt to it to the point where you can unlock your phone almost as quickly as using Face ID or a fingerprint. The more digits, the harder it is to crack. Biometrics are basically worthless from a security perspective since the state's thugs can just force you to unlock your device. With passwords and PIN numbers, the United States high priests have determined that they are protected knowledge and you can not be forced by law enforcement to hand it over. So stop using biometrics to unlock your phone!
