crypto used to be cool when it was new and mysterious and no one really knew how it worked. it was just an emerging market surrounded by hype that promised to fix everything for a new wave of retail investors. turns out retail figured out what it is. its a way overhyped asset class mainly utilized by scam artists and promoted by old perverts and washed up celebrities. most of people's exposure to crypto is an instance in which they lost money. every friend and family member I know at this point that knows of crypto has a negative connotation. crypto is 100% dead when looked at at face value. the only cryptocurrencies that will succeed in any future cycle are coins that operate in the background of actually functional and useful systems. agentic commerce may end up being a total fucking meme scam, but what else is there really? in terms of a long term investment case, I see literally no other emergent crypto use cases. It kind of sucks when you can look at every project now and basically say to yourself, "yeah ive seen a coin promise this already, it died and the guy who made it made a ton of money and everyone else is still sitting in a telegram channel coping" we've basically seen crypto play out in every possible direction possible. we know how all this stuff works at this point, nothing new or exciting can happen because it already has. agentic commerce is my last bet on anything in this space probably. $bnkr is the horse Im going with because it feels like a sincere attempt at doing something. tokenomics are excellent and project a belief in the project from those working on it. I basically hate AI and crypto with all my heart, but if I have to play the game, Ill play it with bankr.
