Does anyone have recommendations for outdoor wifi equipment?

Use case is a Starlink + area no cell service and want to extend wifi for max distance without having to set up a mesh or multiple APs.

I'd check out some of the Ruckus outdoor APs. Cost is a fair bit more but you'll get better RF performance than Ubiquiti gear. If you run it with Unleashed firmware, you won't need any other management software
