This idea of the payment I can get behind but I also believe that this sort of fundamental use should be part of the scaffolding of blockchain technology that is fundamental for the advancement of humanity. It should be funded to star but it should become a trust assumption ingrained in everything. Not a feature you pay for, you pay for the added usefulness to you.
