WE ARE ALL LEARING THE HARD WAY
The infamous Quality LEARING Center is caught in more lies as they received $1.9 Million this year in 2025 and were shut down a week ago according to the Children Commissioner yet they continue to “operate” to try and save face as they have been caught.
Also now the Department of Health and Human services have frozen ALL child care payments to the state of Minnesota, they will now only be released when there is proof they are being spent legitimately.

This is a prime example of the BILLIONS of dollars in fraud happening right now in Minnesota, this is one of the hundreds of “daycares” receiving millions of dollars from the government, this daycare (that can’t even spell learning right) received $1,900,000 in tax exempt funding from CCAP. This is just one of the 1,000’s of fraudulent businesses operating in Minnesota. Tim Walz is governor and knew about the fraud but never reported it, can you imagine if he was the VP right now?? 😳

This daycare in Minnesota receives $2.66 million in CCAP funding (Child Care Assistance Program) which is all tax free money once received, but inside there are NO children and there are 3 daycares inside of this 1 building 👀 What’s the need for 3 daycares in one building???
The fraud is at an estimated $9 BILLION dollars in Minnesota, I gave this man plenty of opportunities to answer the simple question “Where are the children?” and he could not answer.
