Hot take: the crypto projects that win long-term won't be the ones with the best tech. They'll be the ones normal people can actually use without a tutorial. AEON nailed this. Merchants don't need to understand blockchain. Customers don't need to pick the "right" chain. It just works. Invisible complexity is the entire point.
