Nothing beats the motivation you get from seeing result from your work input. Likewise nothing can be so demoralizing like working with nothing to show for it.
Progress is a great motivation on its own. I just feel discouraged right now that all my interactions on Farcaster is not getting any reward or move me on the leaderboard.
