Try Epson salt baths with magnesium flakes as well. Get the good ones online. Magnesium in flaked + salt is excellent for muscle recovery. Soak in for 30 minutes, and you can add essential oils too.
Acupuncture is great, especially if it's already inflamed. Try the baths, too. Also, have you checked your shoes?
