Was there at the end of March, here are the things I’d recommend doing: Tokyo tower (take the ride to the top for a nice view of the city), imperial palace if its open, Hamarikyu Gardens (cool old gardens next to tall skyscrapers), Shibuya and Meiji Jingu Gaien, Sensō-ji
