@thebestpizza.eth
I’ve been on @base.base.eth for years. Before it had momentum. Learned by staying put and taking hits instead of chasing narratives.
I went through the Solana trench phase. Speed without substance. Scams dressed as opportunity. $clanker pulled me out of that loop. Permissionless. Deterministic. Code over charisma.
I tried memes. They move fast and expire faster.
I tried founding projects the conventional way. Paid developers upfront. Trusted timelines. Got nothing delivered. Lost time. Lost capital.
Then I lost my mum. That strips away excuses permanently.
I tried again with a solo dev. Partial delivery. Missed timeframes. Different standards. Same friction.
So I stopped outsourcing responsibility.
I became the builder. Front end. Back end. Contracts. Content. Distribution. Marketing. Still the founder. Same vision, higher execution density.
$Pizza City came from that shift.
Over 11,000 bakes
$500k+ processed in 18 days
$430k+ redistributed directly to bakers
$43k TVL
$8k treasury and growing
Low-float clanker emissions. Liquidity built over time, not faked at launch. Fees loop back into the system. A base layer designed to support future primitives, not just a chart.
I focused on @farcaster and @base.base.ethapp.base.eth and neglected X on purpose. Better signal early. But reality is simple: all platforms matter. Different cultures, same attention game.
There’s no hack here. No victim narrative. It’s you versus yourself, daily.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come. More confident in what I can keep delivering.
