Walking away shouldn’t always be your first reaction to conflict. If every disagreement turns into “I’m done” or “it’s over,” that’s not strength but avoidance.
Real maturity is being able to stay silent when the other person gets too verbal, stay present, communicate, and work through the tension without using exits as control. Strong love isn’t fragile, it’s intentional.
