Si hermano. My butcher had 2 texas style prime rib cuts so I snagged one. Grilled on coals with some cherry wood. Mushrooms with rosemary and spanish garlic (my fav). Fingerling potatoes with Madeira flaked ocean salt. Not pictured -> red cabbage slaw with heirloom tomatoes.
