Still thinking about how to incentivize solo staking. Perhaps something similar to the Protocol Guild (Solo Union).
Goals:
- Voluntary verification of home/solo staking
- Compensation unrelated to stake amount, possible performance incentive
- Union would seek out public goods funding to distribute to members
