💙 @base.base.eth App Beta Access Review Thanks to @babytomato.eth for sharing the access code I got to try out the @baseapp.base.eth Beta myself. In short, Base App felt like a Web3 version of Twitter. It lets you post and interact just like Twitter, but also connect your Web3 wallet and make on-chain transactions directly within the app an all-in-one platform. One feature that really stood out was the Farcaster integration. If you post something on Base App, it automatically shows up on your Farcaster feed as well. What’s more, the app even rewards active users kind of like getting paid for engaging or creating content. I haven’t explored every feature yet, but so far, it feels like Base App fills all the gaps that Twitter left for Web3 users. Kite AI × x402 @gokiteai Lately, x402 has been gaining attention and Kite is emerging as its biggest beneficiary. Here’s an easy way to understand it: x402 enables a structure where AI can make payments autonomously. Kite’s Agentic Payment system allows AI to use services → make payments → and handle settlements entirely on its own, without human intervention. Each AI is issued an Agent Passport, a digital identity, and all payment activity is recorded on-chain through PoAI (Proof of Attributed Intelligence) essentially, giving AI its own bank account. And this isn’t theory it’s already working. On Kite’s Ozone testnet, over 170 million transactions have been processed. Whenever an AI uses a translation service or purchases a data API, payment happens automatically no human required. Now, add x402 to the mix. Created by Coinbase, x402 is an open standard for AI payments that brings the HTTP “402 Payment Required” code back to life as a real payment signal. When an AI sends an API request, the server responds: “This data costs 0.001 USDC.” The AI instantly pays and receives the result. In this model, the request itself becomes the payment. When Kite integrates x402, the full loop of request → payment → settlement → reward is completed. AI can consume, work, and pay again creating a self-sustaining economic cycle. This synergy has recently driven KITE’s pre-market price upward, as it becomes one of the main beneficiaries of the growing x402 adoption. In the near future, your personal assistant AI might manage your subscriptions, your trading AI could buy data and execute strategies, and reinvest profits into other AIs all autonomously. If x402 defines the language of payments, then Kite is building the grammar of the AI economy. Together, Kite AI × x402 marks the beginning of a new era where AI acts, pays, and thrives on its own.
