Scroll has allocated 55,000,000 SCR tokens (5.5% of the total supply) to reward participants who actively contribute to the Scroll ecosystem through on-chain activities, and these users participate in the Sessions program. Of this allocation, 40,000,000 SCR (4% of the total supply) are allocated pro rata to on-chain participants who have accumulated 200 or more Marks as of 00:00 UTC on October 19, 2024 (the "Snapshot") (referred to as "Eligible On-Chain Participants").
