#1 takeaway: Octant sees itself not just as a mechanism to distribute public goods funding but also as a testing ground to innovate and learn with (and from) the community - with mant lessons for other ecosystems.
More projects in web3 should see themselves as that.

I loved seeing Open Source Observer recieve solid funding. Came across the project last year thanks to @cerv1 and have really enjoyed OSO becoming a balancing & insightful resource for everything fund allocation in web3.
