I read through @iccm.eth docs and it got me thinking maybe this is what Web3 was supposed to be.
Not about trading tokens or chasing hype, but about building meaning into money.
I like how every creator, every meme, every small contribution can actually shape governance.
That’s the part that got me, the human layer behind the mechanism.
Feels like we’re not just building on Base..… we’re building a base for culture itself. 💙
