let me make one thing clear
there are 2types of $ELSA allocation:
1) onchain activity
2) sns mindshare allocation
the new wallchain multiplier only affects mindshare.
It does not change anything for onchain activity!
so onchain activity still holds the highest weight in the $ELSA allocation✨ @heyelsa
