I think you first enter your bid price (the max price you're willing to buy fan tokens for), and then the amount of MOXIE you're willing to spend in total.
The amount of tokens that you get is calculated by dividing the second number (amount of MOXIE you're willing to spend) with the clearing bid price (the lowest bid issued under the condition your max bid is higher than the clearing price).
