does anyone know when X added embedded "product" links to profiles? can also be used for jobs links? do you guys ever explore these?

Definitely a hot minute ago, probably 2 years ago? The alpha tip I did was create a "product" and it was a link to my newsletter and podcast when they shutdown revue so it was front and center. It got me probably a good 50 or so subscribers when I was first getting started

i’ve seen these for over a year. i think it came with the feature of being able to use a category for your profile like that “Business & Technology” label

I have those on uhhh… I don’t like X but. https://x.com/ozonchain you can see the 2 Clankers featured in the spotlight. No $ account needed. Just via Ads under More. Shopping Manager from the Tools dropdown. Sorry for the late assist!

Job postings has been a feature pre-Elon acquisition but picked up steam after the acquisition. Embedded links seems relatively new but a good feature overall imo

I think it’s a comp for meta shop (like on Instagram) Most of these jobs direct to their job boards on other boards. It kind of gives a credibility/easier to check if positions are open - if companies are diligent abt it [tho never scored a gig with this 🥲]
