Hi Casters. I love the idea of streaks. I used this mechanic to build a very large and loyal following of readers on the AVC blog. I posted there every day for something like seventeen years. That was a hell of a streak. The psychology of steaks is so powerful.  So I'm taking advantage of the new streaks feature in Farcaster and starting a steak in the AVC channel

yes, agree. Thanks to @mark’s /firstdraft initiative, I’ve gotten more in the habit of collecting and writing thoughts to share as longer form content. I think casting daily here will help seed ideas for longer form pieces, and also see what others are interested in discussing.

Is it possible the benefits aren’t just for the one keeping the streak as a sense of accomplishment but perhaps the daily reps directly compounds quality?

Makes me think of an artist who kept drawing one black line on white canvas regularly (wasn’t sure if it was daily but it was regular)

IRL: Creative Director who makes movies and ads.

Alright! I'm going FC-wise just because I'm thinking about these ideas lately and it would be nice to discuss them, but the space you created to talk about anything is already cozy and nice 🌟

- With more IRL events happening (like yours, High, Build, etc) it would be great to find ways to boost them URL. For example, adding a feature to tag people in photos like Instagram does would be cool. 
ofc users would need to authorize this in their privacy settings. 
FC POAPs for events would also be cool (I think @checkin is heading in that direction)

- Bookmark folders would be a game-changer instead of everything being thrown into a single infinite scroll.
This would allow us to organize frames, links, food receipts, etc, way easily. 

- I'm still sad that animated PFPs are gone. I’d gladly pay a monthly premium to bring them back 😂
